About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and strategizing opportunities for business growth within a specified sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, showcasing the benefits of our company offering and how it can help them solve their connectivity and business challenges.
  • Attend major conferences, networking events, and social calendar dates to drive new business.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Network, CSM, and the build teams to seek out and maximize all sales opportunities.
  • Drive a vertical-specific sales plan and evaluate customer requirements to build business cases for specific vertical needs and wants.
  • Support management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements.
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous Sales Development experience.
  • Excellent command of all tools at an SDR's disposal, including Sales Nav and CRMs.
  • Ability to articulate ideas to a wide array of audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making with senior-level audiences.
  • IT literate and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
