Maintenance Support Role

We are looking for a detail-orientated individual to fill a temporary Maintenance Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for filtering emails from a busy help desk inbox, answering maintenance queries, and performing all administration duties involved with this role. Key responsibilities include forwarding urgent emails to designated team members, processing call-outs via email to maintenance suppliers, and providing general support on the Pronett Maintenance System. The ideal candidate should be able to chase overdue planned maintenance visits and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Filtering emails from the help desk inbox
  • Answering maintenance queries and performing administration duties
  • Forwarding urgent emails to Tina or Gary
  • Processing call-outs via email to maintenance suppliers
  • Providing general support on the Pronett Maintenance System
  • Chasing overdue planned maintenance visits
