Floor Supervisor

Job Overview:

As a Floor Supervisor at HotelCare, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a fast-paced environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Complying with all company health and safety policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Person Specification:

Experience:

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Skills and Knowledge:
