We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our client's food and farming operations. As a key member of the estates team, you will be responsible for managing property-related projects, including property maintenance, development, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in property or facilities management, particularly within the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage property maintenance, development, and administrative activities across the agricultural portfolio.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading food and agriculture company and contribute to the growth and development of the estates portfolio. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £52,000 per annum.
