Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Manage room reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, using our computerized system.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of hotel policies and procedures.
