About the Role:

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a seasoned capital investment professional to lead the development of our capital investment pipeline and build strategic relationships with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the FCC Capital Investments strategy
  • Provide strategic recommendations on investment frameworks, policies, and best practices for the venture capital program
  • Identify and recommend investment and partnership opportunities

  • Extensive knowledge of venture capital investments and fund design
  • Ability to develop successful teams and foster strong relationships
  • Understanding of Canadian agriculture and agri-food or venture capital and related regulations and best practices
