Senior Capital Markets Manager

IGA Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Capital Markets Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial infrastructure provider, you will play a crucial role in securing funding and managing relationships with banks, private debt funds, and other capital market providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to refinance credit portfolios and secure new capital.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, including banks and private debt funds.
  • Negotiate deals and manage financial risks to ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Product, and Sales teams to align capital strategies with business growth.
  • Monitor financial markets to identify trends and risks, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services.
  • Expertise in credit markets and refinancing large credit portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing financial risk.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with banks and capital providers.
  • Hands-on, analytical mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
