**Salary:** Unqualified: £27,431.04 rising to £28,326.48 per annum on successful completion of probation period
Qualified: £28,959.84 per annum
(Qualified Support Worker salary is based on the proven existing completion of a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent)
**Working Hours:** 20:00pm- 8:00am (12 hour shifts)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight care and support to residents, including administering medication and responding to emergencies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
