Executive Sales Manager

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader and manager to join our team.

The position will be hybrid working, combining time in our office with the successful candidate's home address.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people management skills, being able to inspire and lead proactively, delivering continuous improvements across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining and executing against aggressive growth plans, taking ownership of all revenue and bookings.
  • Ensuring retention and development of existing customer relationships through account management, strategic planning, and executive sponsorship programs.
  • Working with Marketing to generate leads and building a strong pipeline of potential prospects.
  • Achieving sales goals and targets through management and support.

The position involves regular travel to meet with customers and colleagues, with circa 3-4 overnight stays per month.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (dependent on experience) + commission up to £20,000 OTE.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record in SaaS Software, EdTech, or Apprenticeship industries.
  • Passion for education, sales, and customer experience.
