Anti-Social Behaviour Project Manager

Lincolnshire, United Kingdom Lincolnshire County Council Full time

About the Role

The Community Safety Service at Lincolnshire County Council contributes to work around a diverse range of community safety concerns, including anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, terrorism, and counter-extremism. As an ASB Project Manager, you will supervise a small team of staff to help deliver project outcomes, working directly with internal teams and external partners to address anti-social behaviour.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring activity is data-driven and that policies and procedures are adhered to. This will involve addressing gaps in provision and potentially expanding your skills into service commissioning. Managing relationships with external partners is critical to the ASB response, and working closely with other project staff will be key.

The successful candidate will have experience working in an anti-social behaviour arena, tackling anti-social behaviour, and knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation. You will also need to be comfortable preparing reports and working with data to drive activity and monitor performance.

About You

  • You will be passionate and enthusiastic about instigating and driving change.
  • You will be creative and able to step outside the box and explore innovative ways of working.
  • You will be eager to learn from others while also being confident in sharing your own ideas.
  • You will be a strong collaborator, building strong working relationships with both your team and partner organisations.
  • You will be comfortable preparing reports and working with data to drive activity and monitor performance.
