Anti-Social Behaviour Project Manager

About the Team
The Community Safety Service contribute to work around a diverse range of community safety concerns including anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, terrorism and counter-extremism, fraud and re-offending. Activity can range from prevention and early intervention to the protection of those at greatest risk of serious harm and homicide. We do this by working in partnership with multiple organisations on these shared areas of concern.
About the Role
As ASB Project Manager you will supervise a small team of staff to help deliver the project outcomes. You will work directly with teams internal to LCC such as Community Safety Analysts, Positive Futures (Future4Me) and the Stay Safe Partnership, as well as external partners such as the police, district councils and social housing providers that form part of the Safer Lincolnshire Partnership.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring activity is data driven and that any policies and procedures put in place as part of the project are adhered to. And that’s not it - as part of the project you will have the opportunity to address any identify gaps in provision and potentially expand your skills into service commissioning.
Managing relationships with external partners are critical to the ASB response, and working closely with the other project staff in Positive Futures and the Stay Safe Partnership will be key.

You will also need to have experience/knowledge of:
- Working in an anti-social behaviour arena.
- Tackling anti-social behaviour.
- Antisocial behaviour legislation, as per the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
- The impact anti-social behaviour can have on the lives of victims and - communities.

Best practice and initiatives used in response to anti-social behaviour.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence; and have access to a vehicle for work purpose, adjustments can be considered for candidates with a disability.
Supporting information
The team successfully operates on a mixture of home and office-based working, embracing a healthy work/life balance. The team’s nominal work location is Myle Cross Centre on Macaulay Drive in the historic city of Lincoln.
Please note the post will be subject to satisfactory Police Vetting Checks (NPPV Level 2). This will involve checks on your personal background and circumstances, and on close family and associates.
