Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our Infrastructure development projects in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing effective project management strategies.
In this role, you will work closely with our operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically will enable you to navigate complex challenges and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple infrastructure projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and commercial departments.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform project decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations.
