We are seeking a full-time PBS Practitioner in the Grimsby area to join our client’s dedicated team. You will be supporting children and young people who have Learning Disabilities, Autism, Emotional and Social, and Mental Health needs, including behaviours that challenge. Your role will be to help them stay at home and enhance their quality of life, as well as that of their families. This will be achieved through the delivery of a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support service, in line with legislation, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements.
