About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Lead to join our brand-new Positive Behaviour Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.



Key Responsibilities


As Positive Behaviour Support Lead, you will be responsible for:



  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans for our young people, in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team
  • Providing positive behaviour support to our young people, focusing on building their skills, confidence, and resilience
  • Working closely with our care team to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of our Positive Behaviour Support strategy


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support principles and practices
