Behaviour Support Officer Role

Ribbons and Reeves is seeking a Behaviour Support Officer to join our team in Tower Hamlets. As a Behaviour Support Officer, you will play a vital part in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring the wellbeing of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage behaviour across the school, including patrolling the corridors and providing on-the-spot support
  • Work with students to de-escalate potential disruptions and promote a safe and productive learning environment
  • Update the school behaviour logs and record any incidents efficiently
  • Escorting pupils who are out of lessons, to their appropriate classroom and assisting with lunchtime and after-school activities

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English Required
  • Previous experience in a behaviour support or support worker role, ideally within a Secondary School setting
