Job Title: Behavioural Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will provide behavioural support to children with challenging behaviour in a 1:1 setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioural support to children with challenging behaviour in a 1:1 setting
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Support children in developing social and emotional skills
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support package for children
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year classroom SEN experience in the UK
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
- Two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years
