Position Summary

Interflora is seeking a highly skilled Community Growth Manager to accelerate our social media community footprint, reach, and engagement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and deliver a social media strategy that drives significant growth in reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop the Interflora social community strategy, including platforms, content approach, and conversation topics. Work with the wider marketing team to understand brand and trade objectives and develop an effective content plan. Develop, own, and deliver a programme of activity designed to rapidly accelerate social community size and engagement.

Requirements

Deep expertise and knowledge of the social media landscape and platforms, including a strong understanding of how Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn work. Experience of developing and delivering a social media strategy for a consumer brand that has driven significant growth in reach and engagement. A track-record of being hands-on in growing social communities and driving brand engagement. Skills and experience in Influencer marketing. Strong commercial acumen and experience in working within ecommerce brands. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Third-party agency management experience.
