Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in North East Lincolnshire Council's Children's Services.
As a Social Worker, you will work closely with children, families, and communities to provide high-quality social work practice, promoting positive outcomes and making a lasting difference in their lives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective social work practice to children and families in need, based on a deep understanding of their individual circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of social work services, ensuring they are responsive to the needs of children and families.
- Participate in reflective case supervision, individual and team meetings to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
