Job Title: Care Support Specialist

Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate Care Support Specialists to help with elderly care and to support adults living at home with a range of needs throughout the local area.

We currently have alternative weekend roles available. We're looking for Care Support Specialists who may already have experience or those without experience looking to become Care Support Specialists.

We offer "Award Winning, Paid Comprehensive Induction Training" and ongoing professional support - You are never alone with Home Instead.

Our Care Support Specialists work with a variety of clients, providing companionship, helping with personal care, and assisting with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship
  • Helping with personal care
  • Helping with mobility around the home
  • Overseeing medication and providing support
  • Helping with housework such as light cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Helping with errands such as food shopping, assisting clients to attend appointments or picking up prescriptions

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • The right to work in the UK
