Referrals and Case Manager

The Referrals and Case Manager is responsible for the management of referrals, safeguarding assessments, triage, and case management of young people being supported through the programme. This role involves managing the assessment process, selecting those who are to be accepted into the programme to support their long-term desistance from being involved in crime and anti-social behavior, particularly those associated with gangs or drug activity. The successful candidate will help young people make positive life choices, thereby reducing offending and protecting the people of Lincolnshire from harm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the assessment process and select young people to be accepted into the programme
* Work with partner agencies and police colleagues to lead responses to relevant crime and improve outcomes for children and young adults involved in or at risk of becoming involved in crime
* Demonstrate the force values at all times
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role or relevant sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
