The Hut Group is seeking a highly motivated CRM Executive to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer interaction and marketing.

As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing our CRM strategy, developing and implementing a testing strategy to optimise email, SMS, and app communications. You will also collaborate with the CRM and marketing team to deliver a dynamic and personalised CRM programme.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM or a related marketing role and possess excellent project management skills. You should be proficient in CRM software and tools and have a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
