Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, delivering ITIL operating processes, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and act as primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Deliver ITIL operating processes and procedures.
  • Organise cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
  • Drive continuous service improvement within assigned accounts.

Requirements
  • ITIL certified.
  • Experience in Service Delivery within a Telecoms or Managed Service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
