**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Change and Configuration Management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that change management processes are followed across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change and configuration management, with excellent analytical and organizational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that regulatory compliance is a key consideration for multiple jurisdictions in any changes planned and released to the live environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a hybrid working from home policy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for multiple jurisdictions in changes planned and released to the live environment
  • Approving changes in line with regulatory guidelines
  • Creating and maintaining relevant accurate documentation

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work to deadlines with excellent organisational skills and process orientation
  • Good understanding of Microsoft tools (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of Change Management principles
