Location: Manchester Campus, UK Management College (UKMC)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Job Description:

The UK Management College is seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team as an Academic Administrator. This office-based role will involve dealing with students face-to-face in our new campus in Manchester.

No two days will be the same at UKMC, it will be busy and fast-paced. Your role will be to assist with student applications, ensuring they are processed accurately, fairly, efficiently, and with optimum results through a very busy period.

Under the direction of the Head of Academic Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Student Registration and Enrollment
  • Attendance Monitoring and Tracking
  • Course Examination and Assessment
  • Handling queries and complaints from students, staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven administrative skills, including organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
