About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Programme Management Specialist to join our team at MIGSO-PCUBED.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and assisting in the development of proposals, as well as supporting the engagement lead/director to build out our footprint within a client or multiple clients.

This role requires exceptional project management capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive outcomes in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities and assist in the development of proposals
  • Support the engagement lead/director to build out our footprint within a client or multiple clients
  • Manage multiple projects and support programmes of work across various sectors
  • Work on internal MIGSO-PCUBED mentorship and coaching initiatives
  • Deliver within complex client engagements, supporting the creation of IP, and aiding the team leadership with client relationship management

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
