IT Service Delivery Manager

The role of a Service Delivery Manager is to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, delivering ITIL operating processes, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and act as primary point of contact for escalations.
- Deliver ITIL operating processes and procedures.
- Organise cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Drive continuous service improvement within assigned accounts.
Requirements
- ITIL certified.
- Experience in Service Delivery within a Telecoms or Managed Service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
