Director of Environmental Impact Assessment

A strategic and collaborative role has arisen for a Director of EIA to join GS2 Partnership, specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about leading transformative projects in urban regeneration and property development, while championing sustainability and directing multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful environmental solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Possess 10+ years of industry experience in property EIA projects and urban regeneration initiatives.
  2. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements (ESs), and delivering projects on time and budget.
  3. Be skilled in business development, including bid writing and revenue generation, with an active network of contacts in the property sector.
  4. Exhibit exceptional communication, project management, and client liaison skills.
