Job Overview

A fast-growing consultancy specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability is seeking a strategic leader to join their team as Associate Director of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

This collaborative role offers the chance to work on landmark projects that shape the future of urban development.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industry experience, including leadership in property EIA projects and urban regeneration, and be a chartered professional (or working towards it) with a degree in an environmental or sustainability discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful environmental solutions.
  • Work alongside specialists in Acoustics, Air Quality, Ecology, Planning, and Social Value on high-profile property and urban regeneration projects.
  • Report directly to the CEO and help define the property division's EIA strategy.
