Job Summary:

Talent Finder is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in administration, communication, and teamwork while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
