Crown Paints is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Administrator. As a key member of our Commercial Administration team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Commercial areas, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Administration Manager and other team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, utilizing Microsoft business suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between Commercial areas, including the Marketing, Trade & Retail Sales Teams, and external suppliers.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing assets and the issuance of giveaways for events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Crown Decorating Centres, Housebuilders, Contractors, and Customers.
- Utilize SAP ERP system to manage and track business operations, rebates, and other commercial activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP ERP system is highly desirable.
- A pleasant and helpful telephone manner, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
