Our Human Resources Team is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join our ranks. Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you will assist in delivering effective, knowledgeable, and dependable HR services to our corporate office and Food To Go division.

This role is vital within the team, providing frontline support to our staff and management to ensure that our systems and records are precise and current.

You will collaborate with HR Advisors to leverage HR data, reports, and insights to influence decision-making and pinpoint key areas for enhancement.

Additionally, you will partner with HR Advisors to offer well-informed and precise HR counsel regarding employee relations, HR processes, policies, and procedures.

This is a full-time, office-based position at our corporate headquarters. We are looking for a flexible, resilient, and dependable individual who is enthusiastic about Human Resources and people management.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR Coordinator seeking to advance in a dynamic and challenging role where you can develop your skill set and thrive in your Human Resources career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing HR Coordinator communication channels, including inbox, phone line, and ticketing system, and assisting with requests as needed.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems, ensuring personal data is up to date.
  • Managing the leavers process and taking necessary actions, including responding to resignation notifications.
  • Processing background checks and credit assessments.
  • Gathering Change to Terms data and processing it through the appropriate channels.
  • Leading projects aimed at enhancing employee records and HR coordinator processes.
  • Collaborating with HR advisors to gain exposure and knowledge across all HR functions.
  • Supporting the HR advisory team with processes such as absence management, disciplinary actions, and grievance cases.
  • Collecting and analyzing relevant company data as requested.
  • Working on individual projects and compiling data specific to a brand.
  • Having some experience with HR advisory processes, including sickness absence, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Being proficient in IT applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Success Factors) is a plus.
