About This Role: As a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Toby Carvery - Burton, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, including serving guests, leading your team, and assisting with training. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have strong leadership skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Salary: Our estimated annual salary for this position is around £26,500, based on market rates and location.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include:
- Acting as a host and serving guests
- Confidently leading your team and managing shift operations
- Helping with training new staff members and supporting their development
