Job Summary

This role is only available to permanent and temporary employees, and agency workers currently on assignment within East Dunbartonshire Council.

We are looking for individuals to work within our day services, supporting adults with a learning disability to access community activities and the Allander Resource Centre.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to engage service users in meaningful daytime activities in community settings. Previous experience of working in an adult day care service is essential.

Based in the Outlook team, this post provides community-based support for adults with learning disabilities. The Day Service Officer supports service users to engage in leisure, employment, and education opportunities.

East Dunbartonshire Council offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £25,910 - £32,380 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality support and ensuring the safety and well-being of service users.
