About This Opportunity:

Gleeds, a leading global property and construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects in the UK, with a focus on rail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working on UK infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in NEC3/4 contracts. They will be responsible for providing commercial management advice, partnering with clients, and managing change and risk through early warnings and compensation events.

About You:

  • A proven track record of working on UK infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in rail.
  • Experience of NEC3/4 contracts and commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A methodical approach to work, with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to absorb complex information, assess requirements, and make informed decisions.
