Job Summary

The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for pre-construction inquiries, lead project planning activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery. A competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum is offered, along with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collect data through customer interactions and site visits to provide essential insights for estimating and delivery teams.
  • Maintain project management tools, such as status reports, and participate in relevant meetings to understand support needs.
  • Provide regular operational and commercial updates to enhance client experience.
  • Support administrative tasks across project development, design submissions, payment stages, construction, and operations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in Pre-Construction Project Management or Construction Project Management.
  • Ideal experience in grid connections, high voltage electrical, or major infrastructure projects.
  • Prince 2, APM, PMI, or other project management certification.
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration software, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using MS Project or similar project management software.
  • A full UK driving license.
