As an M&E Project Manager at Ferrovial Construction, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. Your role will involve providing pre-construction support, managing interfaces with clients, designers, and third parties, and overseeing all aspects of the project assigned to you.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management, complex project management, and effective communication. You will be expected to coordinate inputs and outputs of the project with various departments, including Health & Safety, Quality, Commercial, Project Controls, Planning, Environmental, Engineering, Finance, and Human Resources. Additionally, you will drive quality delivery through effective planning and right-first-time delivery, ensuring realistic schedules are prepared and managed according to project requirements.

This role requires a strong understanding of cost-conscious management, with experience in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring effective schedule-based cost management systems. You will also be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and briefing method statements, activity plans, and risk assessments, and implementing measures to ensure they are reviewed and updated accordingly.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining close working relationships with company support departments, agents, engineers, and works supervisory staff to ensure maximum support and opportunities for knowledge sharing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting staff under their supervision in achieving their performance and development goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
