Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a highly skilled Digital Construction Project Lead to manage our prestigious commercial fit-out project in London. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of high-end multifunction rooms, including auditoriums, restaurants, bars, gyms, and spas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in establishing effective processes and systems, producing and managing project plans, overseeing progress, tracking changes, preparing written communication materials, liaising with clients and contractors, and implementing statutory procedures. A proven track record of financial management and reporting, including profit and loss statements, is essential.

We are looking for a candidate who holds SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid tickets and has experience working on specialized fit-outs, such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and clubs. If you are interested in this role, please contact us at Randstad Construction and Property.
