About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team in Christchurch. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our financial targets by building and nurturing relationships with high net worth individuals and community groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with a community of donors and strategic accounts, ensuring authentic stewardship and high levels of donor-centricity.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage donor information and interactions effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow World Vision's presence and reputation in the philanthropic communities of the South Island.
Requirements
  • You will have a proven track record of success in relationship management and fundraising.
  • You will be skilled at using CRM systems and other digital tools for effective donor relationship management.
  • You will be willing to travel within New Zealand and internationally to meet with supporters.

Location and Hours

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
