About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Marketing with department oversight and strategy while taking the lead in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be working closely within a team of four others in the Marketing department, where your experience in a B2B environment, particularly if it involves events and communications, will be highly valued as you help drive our marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring to life the marketing strategies developed by the Head of Marketing, contributing to strategic direction with insights and data analysis, and ensuring seamless execution across digital channels and events.
  • Take full ownership of planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with our broader strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure it aligns with strategic goals and engages our target audience.
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Work closely with sales, broker support, product development, and compliance teams to ensure our marketing efforts are fully integrated.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring our marketing initiatives are executed to the highest standard.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance, campaign results, and key metrics to keep the Head of Marketing and wider team informed.
About You
