As a Strategic Partnership Manager at World Vision, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in securing financial support for our mission to create positive change in the lives of vulnerable children worldwide.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position is based in Christchurch, South Island, and involves working with high net-worth donors, trusts, community groups, and businesses to cultivate and steward relationships that drive fundraising targets.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, digital proficiency, and a passion for creating meaningful connections with supporters. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that grow World Vision's presence and reputation in the philanthropic communities of New Zealand.

You will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with a community of donors and strategic accounts, ensuring authentic stewardship and high levels of donor-centricity. You will also utilize CRM systems to manage donor information and interactions effectively and be skilled at using digital tools for effective donor relationship management.
