We have partnered with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood to offer this unique opportunity in Dealer Network Management.

Salary: £25,300 per annum (pro rata to contract)

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of sales network optimization and dealer management. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Channel Development Manager to develop strategies that improve the dealer network's performance and profitability.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with 35 Dealer and Service partners across over 20 countries, navigating cultural and language differences daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting all current and future commercial and commerce activities in the Region's markets.
  • Investigating and assessing the viability of commercial markets and opportunities.
  • Coordinating dealer and commercial development activities.
  • Working closely with other Rolls-Royce Motorcar departments to maintain the Brand.
  • Developing and proposing your own project ideas.
  • Training opportunities will be made available to learn about our vehicles and experience the thrill of our products first-hand.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree.
  • A strong operational understanding of Microsoft Office software, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
