About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our thriving Oxford office. As a Sales and Leasing Specialist, you will manage a diverse lettings portfolio, oversee multiple properties, and build lasting relationships with clients. You will source new properties, network to develop fresh business opportunities, and ensure tenancies comply with all relevant Residential Lettings SOPs and legislation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable using databases and relevant software (REAPIT experience is a bonus). A local area knowledge would be an asset. You will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and enjoy a range of benefits including a comprehensive training program, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement.
