Vehicle Sales Specialist

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Sales Specialist to join their esteemed client's team at a reputable dealership in the area.

Responsibilities:
  1. To achieve maximum sales revenue by selling vehicles efficiently, using effective sales processes and strategies.
  2. Maximise sales opportunities for a wide range of products and services, including accessories, warranties, service, and finance, meeting customer needs and expectations.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and benefits, as well as competitor offerings, to provide expert advice to customers.
  4. Collaborate closely with colleagues and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships and trust.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales performance, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
  6. Effectively manage customer queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive business growth and success.
Salary Package: The salary for this role is estimated at £38,500-£48,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and experience required.
