**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing sales of premium quality industrial adhesives in the manufacturing sector.

With a proven track record of hitting targets and a consultative/problem-solving approach to selling, you will be able to drive business growth and expand our market share.

The ideal candidate will have field sales experience in industrial/manufacturing markets, excellent sales training, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate demand with manufacturing businesses in sectors such as food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, and marine
  • Grow sales of premium quality industrial adhesives
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £42,500 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Uncapped monthly commission up to £6,000 in the first year
  • A plug-in hybrid SUV company car
  • A flexible working arrangement with a 3pm finish on Fridays
  • 25 days annual leave + Christmas shut down + Bank Holidays
