Teaching Assistant for SEMH Pupils

Vision for Education - Southampton is seeking a highly skilled 1-1 Education and Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to their SEMH needs, ASD, or other challenges.
As a key member of our team, you will assist in developing and implementing IEPs and behaviour support plans, working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO. Your ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each pupil will be invaluable in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting the educational journey of every child. If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can make a real difference in the lives of our pupils, we invite you to apply.
We offer an attractive daily rate of £140-£170 per day, paid through the PAYE system, as well as access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive network of colleagues.
