We're looking for an ambitious IT Services Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales growth.
  2. Clients Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
  4. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
About You:
  1. Experience: Proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Knowledge: Good knowledge of IT services and solutions.
  3. CMS Tools: Experience in using CRM software and sales tools.
  4. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Your Benefits:
