Job Title: Office Coordinator

GKR International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our sales and lettings departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Manage office operations, provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams, and maintain office schedules and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleagues, and ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents and reports, including contracts, agreements, and lease documents, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the office is fully stocked and functional.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, such as cleaners, maintenance technicians, and IT support.
  • Mail and Package Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and events, such as property viewings, open houses, and client appreciation events.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in real estate or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
