Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. As a Data Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor quality assurance systems for Enable in line with IPS Fidelity.
  • Create, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Coordinate and oversee the efficient accurate collation of documents, itineraries, appointments for Enable Fidelity Reviews and Contract Review Meetings.
  • Ensure all documentation for Enable quality assurance systems are in place.
  • Store, retrieve and supply information, including developing and maintaining electronic data storage systems.
  • Produce information on Key Performance Indicators to agreed deadlines and in appropriate formats.
  • Facilitate feedback opportunities for clients to provide feedback on the service and use this to review and develop the service.
  • Take an active part in the development of Enable's services to people with disabilities within Shropshire.
Requirements:
  • Enter and integrate data using a computer system and present information in various formats including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Produce regular monitoring reports for internal and external stakeholders, including commissioners.
  • Prepare and present data at team meetings.
  • Collate and report on client feedback.
  • Monitor and report on client equality and diversity.
