Job Title: Compliance/Quality Assurance Auditor

Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Compliance/Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance in our IPS service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Develop and monitor quality assurance systems in line with IPS Fidelity standards, ensuring all quality assurance documentation is in place and accessible.
  • Data Assurance: Maintain electronic data storage systems and produce regular monitoring reports for internal and external stakeholders, presenting data at team meetings and monitoring client equality and diversity metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with vocational rehabilitation practices and contribute to Enable's training initiatives, traveling to other offices as required.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March, with a competitive hourly rate of 43. The primary work base will be New Zealand House, Shrewsbury, with occasional work from community bases. Normal office hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm Saturday, with a minimum lunch break of 30 minutes.
