Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Auditor

Belmont Recruitment is proud to partner with Shropshire Council to recruit a Data Quality Assurance Auditor to join their IPS Team within Enable.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Senior IPS Specialist to support the delivery of a High Quality IPS Service in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and monitor quality assurance systems for Enable in line with IPS Fidelity.
  2. Establish positive and integrated relationships with external and internal agencies.
  3. Enter and integrate data using a computer system and present information in various formats.
  4. Produce regular monitoring reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Collate and report on client feedback.
  6. Monitor and report on client equality and diversity.
  7. Manage a small caseload of clients.
  8. Process all referrals into the service.
  9. Work independently and reliably to deliver effective IPS practice.
  10. Ensure that effective monitoring and evaluation systems are adhered to.
  11. Collect employment recovery stories from people accessing the service.
  12. Contribute to Enable Training as required.
  13. Implement the organisation's policies and procedures.
  14. Actively participate in own continuous professional development.
  15. Work flexible hours as required.
  16. Ensure safe systems of work in accordance with the Shropshire Councils Health, Safety and Welfare policies and procedures.
